Dickinson alumni Rizwan Saffie ’14 and Myungsun Shin ’14 return to campus to share their graduate school research experience.

Rizwan Saffie (B&MB ’14) Department of Cancer Biology, University of Pennsylvania presents "Understanding the interaction between FBXW7 and KMT2D."
Description: An investigation into the function of an E3 ubiquitin ligase for KMT2D, a protein encoded by a frequently mutated gene in several cancers.

Myungsun Shin (Biol, Chem ’14) Department of Chemistry, University of Virginia presents "Disrupting lipid signaling pathways by Diacylglycerol lipase β inhibition in innate immune cells."
Description: The overall goal of this project is to understand the function of Diacylglycerol lipase β within the immune system.
