Our rational mind and emotional mind work together in everyday life, influencing how we think, feel, and act. Our thought processes guide decision-making and planning, while our feelings provide the motivational force that drives behavior, interpersonal connections, and overall well-being. The "wise mind" integrates the insights of both our rational and emotional minds and allows us to acknowledge our feelings while also using logic and reason to guide our actions. In this presentation you will develop understanding of how the mind and emotions are key to leading a balanced and fulfilling life and you will learn strategies for regulating your thoughts and feelings in order to access your "wise mind" and improve well-being.
