We have a mini parade walking over to the actual parade so you have friends to walk with there and back!
Have you ever been in a Halloween Parade? We've heard not every place has one (it's a PA thing). But Carlisle's is EPIC! It's BIG! And FUN! And you can be a part of it!
You don't even have to part of WDCV. We will have candy to throw at the tiniest Carlislians. Our theme is always "We are the Music Makers and We are the Dreamers of Dreams". This means you can pretty much come as...ANYTHING!
Lots of us do dress as something musically inspired but some of us build a full dragon bike floats just because.
Our first year we did a Wizard of Oz + Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon entry with a OZ/Dead witch bike float and a fleet of bicycling witches thanks to the Handlebar partnering with us. Walk! Bike! Skate! Scoot! All are welcome.
We will be having a costume event on Oct 17 to get ready at the Makery as they have their own open costume workshop!
