Adriana Marroquin, the assistant editor of D.C Witness, will join us for a zoom question and answer session.
She will also talk about her experience with observing the role that mental illness plays in the courtroom, with criminal defendants, victims, and their families. Additionally, she will speak to her experience with the role of victim advocates, and this career path that could be very valuable and of interest to students. This event is a great opportunity for students to ask questions about the role of psychology in the criminal justice system.
