This interactive series is for employees looking to prepare for a future in management.
The series will cover fundamental skills that all individuals need to know before making that leap into management. The program will be comprised of four (4) modules, each a hands-on, instructional workshop focused on relevant topics in the supervising of employees. Topics that will be offered within the program will include:

3) Supervisory Techniques | Wednesday, November 13
4) Coaching for Performance | Friday, November 15
