Being active is a great way to improve your mental health, but it can be difficult to know where to start.

Join us and a member of the Dickinson Athletic training staff to learn more about what you can do to achieve your fitness goals. Whether this is getting more comfortable when it comes to using equipment in the gym, or creating an at homework out routine, this event is meant to help you find new ways to be active.
