Dickinson will remember the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks during a ceremony on the Academic Quad on Monday, Sept. 11, at 8 a.m.
On Monday, Sept. 11, at 8 a.m. on the Academic Quad, Dickinson will honor those who died in the 9/11 attacks during a Patriot Day observance organized by Dickinson’s Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC). It will include the playing of “Taps” as the flag is lowered to half-staff by the ROTC color guard. President John E. Jones III '77, P'11 will lay a wreath at the flagpole. Rowen Krantz '25 will sing "Amazing Grace." Rabbi Marley Weiner will offer a prayer of remembrance.
