John Kneisley is a poet and teacher living in Fort Collins, Colo., a recent graduate of Colorado State's MFA program and a Dickinson alumnus (English, class of ’16).
His recent poems have appeared in North American Review, Quarterly West, EcoTheo Collective, Bellevue Literary Review and ellipsis, and explore how death and loss can also be sites of unexpected rebirth, often in tandem with the natural world. He has also recently received support from the Community of Writers Workshop and the Bread Loaf Environmental Writers' Conference.
