7 Habits of Highly Effective People

February 7, 2024

“Lead Your life or someone else will.” - Stephen R. Covey

Habits are powerful forces in our lives. They determine our level of effectiveness or ineffectiveness. This dynamic program represents a proven process of personal and interpersonal growth that can have an immediate and lasting impact and is designed to help participants lead lives in a truly effective way. No matter how competent a person is, he or she will not have sustained and lasting success unless they are able to effectively
lead themselves, influence, engage and collaborate with others, and continually improve and renew their capabilities. These elements are at the heart of personal, team, and organizational effectiveness.

In this program, participants learn the tools to achieve the “Private Victory” through self-discovery and awareness of current thought patterns and behaviors resulting in greater productivity, and the ability to manage one’s self. Participants will also build skills to increase team engagement, morale, and collaboration in order to improve communication skills, strengthen relationships and achieve “The Private Victory”.
