Tonight, we welcome Alum Kathryn Schlaffer ('10), MD, and assistant program director, Infectious Diseases Fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
Dr. Schlaffer studied Spanish and Biology as a Dickinson student before attending medical school at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She completed her residency and chief year in Internal Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore where she subsequently went on to complete a fellowship in Infectious Diseases. She currently serves as Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and Assistant Program Director of the Infectious Diseases Fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
