Spin in a fun and interactive fitness class that will encourage participants to challenge themselves. This form of exercise provides a great full body workout including lots of lower body work, added to the cardiovascular aspect of spin. Participants will challenge both their anaerobic and aerobic systems, leaving class feeling stronger and like they just climbed a mountain. Harper is a certified spin instructor and can't wait to get started!
