Assist the YWCA of Carlisle & Cumberland County with ribbon hanging around Downtown Carlisle as part of their Sexual Assault Awareness Campaign.
Join CCLA on Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. when we assist the YWCA of Carlisle & Cumberland County with ribbon hanging around Downtown Carlisle as part of their Sexual Assault Awareness Campaign. The YWCA of Carlisle & Cumberland County is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. Their Sexual Assault/Rape Crisis Services is commited to helping our community heal, including BIPOC and those identifying as gender-expansive. They provide services to anyone in need in Cumberland County of any gender, gender identity, gender expression or sexual orientation. Please be sure to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable shoes for walking. Transportation is provided to the YWCA and we will meet at the Kaufman Van Parking Lot.
