Dickinson College is committed to providing a supportive working environment for all employees.
As part of this effort, we offer educational programs to assist all employees with recognizing and addressing potential harassing and discriminating behavior. New employees are required to complete three web-based modules or attend Protecting Our Community within the first year of employment. Employees are also required to attend Protecting Our Community once every two years (or complete two web-based modules).

To access the web-based modules, go to Totara and:
- Click on Dashboard in the upper ribbon
- Click on Protecting Our Community Certificaiton...
- The next page will provide links to the required on-line courses to complete the certification.
