The Borough of Carlisle would like to invite Dickinson students to come enjoy the annual Halloween Parade on Wednesday, October 26 from 6:00-8:30 p.m. on Hanover St.
Dickinson Clubs are also invited to participate by selecting a Halloween theme and walking or creating a float! Groups do need to register, so keep an eye out on EngageD for the registration form.
