ROTC annually holds a morning 5K Run/ 1 Mile Walk on Veteran's Day to honor Veterans and promote community spirit.
ROTC annually holds a morning 5K Run/ 1 Mile Walk on Veteran's Day to honor Veterans and promote community spirit. The event starts at 7 A.M. at Kline Fitness Center Indoor Track, and includes comments by the Professor of Military Science, a Big Check presentation by the Warrior Brotherhood Motorcycle Club and light refreshments after. The Warrior Brotherhood Motorcycle Club (WBMC), established an endowment at Dickinson to honor one of their fallen comrades, Cpl Mathew "Scrapper" Haines, and this endowment provides financial support to members of Dickinson's ROTC program. Come on out and show your support for local Veterans and get some exercise and light snacks in the process.
