Come join Alex Stout (’07), a cybersecurity and privacy lawyer, as the company manages incident response and considers the legal and business risks it faces.

Alexander Stout (’07) is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. Alex’s practice focuses on representing communications and information technology companies in both transactional and regulatory matters, as well as data privacy and cybersecurity. Alex represents clients before the Federal Communications Commission and Federal Trade Commission, advising on telecommunications regulatory matters, data protection and privacy practices, and responding to cyber incidents. After graduating from Dickinson, Alex attended Duke University School of Law and received a Master of Science degree in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to joining Latham, Alex served as a policy adviser and special assistant at the United States Department of Homeland Security. Alex lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife, Bernadette (’07), and their three children.
