KIRSTEN SABIA '92, VP of Integrated Communications, PGA Tour

Kirsten Sabia is the Vice President of Integrated Communications, overseeing the TOUR’s storytelling content process, providing player and tournament content across TOUR owned and operated channels (digital, linear, etc). Sabia also oversees all facets of internal employee communications. As part of this cross-functional role, Sabia leads a team responsible for implementation of TOUR messaging across an internal audience, which also includes remote and international offices.

Sabia, who joined the PGA TOUR in 1999, has held multiple positions within the organization. Prior to her current role, she served as the Vice President of Marketing Services, where she managed a team that oversaw owned and operated TOUR events, including THE PLAYERS Championship and the biennial Presidents Cup. As Director of Brand Marketing, she worked in branding and marketing efforts for the PGA TOUR’s inaugural season-long points race system, the FedExCup, led the TOUR’s “Drive to a Billion” (in charitable dollars … and in 2020, the TOUR passed $3M!) campaign and was a team member in the renovation of TPC Sawgrass and the rebranding of THE PLAYERS.  During her long tenure with the TOUR, she also worked in New Media, TOUR Media Sales and International Television.

Prior to joining the TOUR, she served as the Membership Director for Selva Marina County Club in Atlantic Beach, FL, and for five years, worked in development and alumni relations for The Taft School in Watertown, CT and The Maret School in Washington DC.

Sabia served on the board of the THE DONNA Foundation supporting Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL, and is a 29-year volunteer for her alma mater, Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. While at Dickinson (Class of 92), Kirsten played on the women’s soccer team, studied in Bologna, wrote for the Dickinsonian and was an avid Delta Nu.

ADAM KATZ '81, Executive Vice President and Managing Executive of Baseball, Wasserman

Katz established himself in the 1980s and 1990s, with four of his clients winning MVP awards: Sammy Sosa, Ken Caminiti, Mo Vaughn and Willie McGee. As part of the Reich, Katz & Landis Baseball Group, Katz also represented Hall of Famer Tim Raines and All-Stars Andy Ashby, Bret Boone, Chili Davis, Tony Fernandez, Steve Sax, Aaron Sele, Omar Vizquel, and John Wetteland.

Among Katz's contracts are Carlos Lee's $100 million contract with the Houston Astros in 2007, the largest in franchise history at the time, and Mo Vaughn's $80 million contract with the Angels in 1999, which made Vaughn the highest-paid player in baseball at the time. Katz also helped Aaron Boone successfully transition to the managerial side of baseball, negotiating a three-year, $4 million contract for Boone as manager of the New York Yankees in 2018.

Katz represents over 30 current baseball players, including Hanley Ramirez, Jeff Samardzija, Kenley Jansen, Bartolo Colon, Kenta Maeda, Yuli Gurriel, Edinson Volquez, Julio Teheran, Jose Quintana and Addison Reed. He's been repeatedly recognized by Forbes as a top sports agent.
