According to the American Council on Exercise, Health Coaches help people increase their awareness and capacity for change, impact individuals struggling to make their intentions a reality and, by empowering them, offering those most in need of help the opportunity to take charge of their lifestyle choices.

Health Coaching 101 roundtable sessions cover a variety of topics from introducing the concept of health coaching to select areas of wellbeing to help guide your journey to wellbeing.

Options for health coaching individually are also available through the college's benefits vendors - Aetna and Health Advocate - for those carrying these specific benefits.
