Join the College Farm for another virtual cooking class.
This time, Nidia Werner from the library, will teach participants how to make both flan, and a Korean cucumber salad. "These recipes characterize cultural identities; may be customary or central to celebrations; may have been integrated to diverse cultures; may depict rejection or embracing of traditions; and often reveal a path of transformations." This class will take place Thursday February 25th at 5:00pm EST.
