Adam Spiegel ’06, whiskey maker and founder of Sonoma Distilling Company, will lead a live whiskey tasting.
Alumni Webinar Adam is excited to offer the Dickinson community a guided walkthrough of the whiskeys he makes in Sonoma County, California. Adam started his business 10 years ago. He will share his knowledge of whiskey, answer any and all questions and introduce his main four products: Sonoma Rye Whiskey (a 100% rye whiskey), Sonoma Bourbon (a wheated bourbon), Cherrywood Rye Whiskey (a smoked rye whiskey) and Cherrywood Smoked Bourbon.
