Better Together Week: Mindful Eating Event

Join CSSJ for a mindful lunch meditation, catered by Yak N Yeti!

Often we dive right into eating without pausing to notice how our bodies react to food or how food makes us feel. We will take a moment before eating to close our eyes and look within. We will do short gratitude practices about our food and then proceed to eat.
Lunch will be provided. For food purposes, you must RSVP on EngageD by Monday, Feb. 17 at noon.
