Celebrating the completion of the storm water mitigation project.
Come celebrate the completion of the new bio-swales on West Louther Street. This new storm water mitigation project was completed through collaboration with the Borough of Carlisle, the college and the PA DEP. This 30 minute event will provide information on how the system works to prevent local flooding and improve water quality in the Letort Spring Run. Contact Ken Shultes for more information.
