Students, faculty and staff are invited to join us as we explore the tasty possibilities of a plant forward diet.

We will learn, practice and act as we consider the carbon impact of food choices and engage with each other to uncover tips, tricks an hacks to making a plant-based diet easy and fun! We will make personal commitments to meaningfully reduce our carbon impact through food choices while enjoying some plant forward foods, recipes, and fun.
