The Celebrations Continue
Summer Send-Offs around the country connect incoming class of 2020 members with the Dickinson community

This winter, we celebrated their acceptances from among the largest application pool in the college’s history. In March, we congratulated them through a campuswide postcard signing event. In April, we celebrated with them on campus and through regional receptions. Now, we will celebrate the 621 enrolled members of the class of 2020 in their own backyards as they transition from homes around the world to their new home in Carlisle.
In July and August, alumni and parents will host Summer Send-Offs from Boston to Los Angeles, Chicago to D.C. and sites in between. These informal gatherings bring together recent grads, seasoned alumni, current students and dedicated parents who can offer insights and words of wisdom to the newest members of the Dickinson community.
Registration is available, and attendees are encouraged to share their congratulations with the class of 2020 on social media using #dson2020.
