“The sense of community at Dickinson is so strong, and the ability to focus on each student is remarkable. I support the college not only to give back, but also because my children will be entering this fall, and I want to make sure that those strengths remain for the future as well.” — Dana Flock Goode ’83, P’18

Discovered Dickinson’s “beautiful campus” while attending her cousin’s graduation. Found that campus was home to a “close-knit community” while earning her BA in English. Volunteered at a local mental-health center during senior year. Landed a job there after graduation and then earned a doctorate in clinical psychology from the Institute for Graduate Psychology at Widener University. Now manages a private practice as a clinical psychologist focusing on divorce mediation and custody agreements in Philadelphia.
