Direct Deposit for Accounts payable is available for students and employees
Dickinson College students and employees may now enjoy the convenience of having Accounts Payable reimbursements deposited directly into a checking or savings account.
Direct deposit offers several advantages over paper checks, including:
- Quickness - You will have access to your funds sooner. Properly approved reimbursement requests received in Accounts Payable by noon on Tuesday will be deposited into your account on Friday (as opposed to checks that are mailed out on Friday).
- Security - Direct deposit is added protection against theft or delays from lost checks.
- Convenience – Accounts Payable will deposit funds directly into your account, and will then send notification of the deposit to your Dickinson e-mail address.
The College maintains the strictest confidentiality regarding bank accounts. Dickinson will access your account only to deposit money or correct erroneous deposits.
