In search of a welcoming community, Kaliph Brown '20 found that—and more—at Dickinson

When Kaliph Brown '20 discovered Dickinson and learned about its commitment to create a globally inclusive community, he knew the college might be for him. After experiencing firsthand the welcoming nature of the college community during an overnight visit, he knew it was his top choice. That meant there was only one thing to do—apply Early Decision.

"The people who hosted us [on our overnight visit] were welcoming; they shared the campus with us, they shared the culture with us and they shared how we could make ourselves present on campus. That's pretty much what got me to come here," recalls Brown. "Apply Early Decision if this is the school where you feel like you can thrive the most."
