Most of my time spent on South Caicos was split between two things: the ocean and the local kids. When we weren’t staring at the unbelievable clarity of the ocean, we were being overwhelmed by the charismatic energy of the kids on the island through the weekly community engagement activities. At the end of every day, everyone paused to watch in amazement the sunset that seemed never to repeat and reflected the excitement stewing in anticipation for the adventures of the following day.
