“ If we all give a little then we improve the lives of a lot of students, just like those who came before us gave so we could enjoy our college experience.”

—Alex Egner ’13

Wanted to go to a college with highly ranked ROTC, history and political science programs. Fell in love with Dickinson on first visit. Was encouraged to pursue his passion and lead. Did both, joining ROTC, becoming a member of the College Republicans, chairing the political-science majors committee and serving admissions as a student interviewer and tour guide. Served in the army for two years after graduation, then joined the reserves, for which he is now First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve Military Police Corps. Now attending Penn State Dickinson School of Law and working as a legal clerk at Abom and Kutulakis, and as Executive Director of Josh Parsons for Lancaster County Commissioner.
