Named for the year in which the college was chartered, this award ties your success—at this point and in the years to come—to the many great achievements of the college over its long history.
The 1783 Scholarship is worth $25,000 per year toward tuition and is renewable for three additional years of full-time study, for a total of eight semesters and $100,000, in residence at Dickinson or in a Dickinson study-abroad program. Your scholarship will be renewed each year based on your continued full-time enrollment and the maintenance of at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
