The Townhouses
The Townhouses are upper- class residences, housing 8 students per townhouse. Each residence include three double rooms and two single rooms, two full bathrooms, an efficiency kitchen, and living room/lounge space. The Townhouses are located next to Rector Science Complex along Louther Street. Limited parking is available behind the building.

Floors: Wall-to-wall carpet in bedrooms/living room/kitchen, real tile in bathrooms
Furniture: Bunkable beds, dressers, etc. table and chairs in kitchen. Some soft seating in common areas
A/C: Window Units
Kitchen Facilities: Each townhouse has its own kitchen, including sink, refrigerator/freezer, & oven/stove
Cleaning: Townhouses are self-cleaning; Bathrooms cleaned by Housekeeping at Fall Pause, Winter Break, & Spring Break.
Additional Cleaning Information: Trash bags and toilet paper can be requested through the work order system
Laundry Facilities: Laundry room is located in the basement of the Holland Union Building (HUB)
Trash & Recycling Collection: Dumpster and toters located behind the townhouses
