Cherry & Reed Street

Cherry & Reed Street is an area where upper class residents are housed in spaces for two, three or four students depending upon occupancy per location. Apartments include:  single or double bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and living room/lounge space. Cherry Street apartments are located across the street from Kaufman Hall.

Building Information

Walls: wall finishes vary from apartment to apartment, but will be plaster/drywall, painted cinderblock, or wood paneling

Floors: floor finishes vary from apartment to apartment, but will be either wall-to-wall carpet or hardwood floors; sheet vinyl/vinyl tile in Kitchen & Bathrooms

Furniture: Bunkable beds; standard College desks, etc. Some soft seating in common areas

A/C: Window Units

Kitchen Facilities: Each apartment has its own kitchen, including a sink, refrigerator/freezer, & stove/oven

Cleaning: Self-cleaning; Bathrooms cleaned by Housekeeping at Fall Pause, Winter Break, & Spring Break. 

Additional Cleaning Information:  Trash bags and toilet paper can be requested through the work order system

Laundry Facilities:  Laundry room is located between 502 Reed Street and 140 Cherry Street

Trash & Recycling Collection:  Dumpster located behind Reed Street houses
