There are a variety of ways that the Career Center works to connect employers with highly talented and motivated Dickinson students and alumni for their hiring needs, namely On-Campus Recruiting, Resume Collections and Job & Internship Postings, and the Selective Liberal Arts Consortium.
The On-Campus Recruiting program can save you time and money by providing access to highly qualified candidates in one location at one time. This program has proven to be very effective for both students and employers.
You will have the opportunity to select whom you would like to interview from the pool of candidates who apply through our web-based recruiting system, DickinsonConnect. The interview schedule is then tailored to meet your needs with pre-selected candidates signing up for interview times. Interviews are conducted in one of our two dedicated interviewing rooms.

Resume Collections and Job Postings
Resume Collections and Job & Internship postings can easily be managed through our on-line recruiting system, DickinsonConnect. If you are interested in participating in a Resume Collection or posting a job opportunity for students and alumni, you must first register for a new account.
