Volunteers are needed for the United Way Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. Interested students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend this information session to learn more!

United Way Volunteer Income Tax Assistance – Volunteers Needed!

• Are you a Dickinson student?
• Interested in free tax training?
• Want tax experience?
• Interested in helping the local Carlisle community?

Learn about the Dickinson VITAs! Dickinson College will be participating through the United Way Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. Interested candidates must go through an application process. Selected applicants will go through a detailed training program (including passing a certification exam), followed by actual tax preparation experience via the United Way “Money in Your Pocket” Campaign.

*Dickinson VITAs MUST be available the following dates and times for training and volunteer work:

Wednesday: 11/01/17 4:45-6:45 p.m.
Wednesday: 11/29/17 4:45-6:45 p.m.
Saturday: 1/27/18 1-4 p.m.
Mondays: Jan 29, Feb 5, 12, 19, 26 ~ 2 hour shift each day between 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
