You can request a consultant who can do a classroom observation and then meet with you to discuss building on your strengths and remedying your concerns.

You can request a consultant who can visit your class and gather feedback for you from your students.

You can request a meeting to discuss interpreting the results of your teaching evaluations and planning next steps.
All consultations with CTLS staff are faculty-driven, informal, and confidential: that is, the consultations are not part of the college's formal evaluation process, and the outcomes will not be shared with the faculty personnel committee.
