Important Information Regarding Library Employment Information
Thank you for your interest in working at the Waidner-Spahr Library.
The library is committed to considering qualified work-study recipients first in the hiring process. We will only reach out to nonwork-study students if we are unable to fill all open positions.
Applications to work in the library have been moved to the student job board in Workday. As such, applications will no longer be available year-round. Fall semester applications will be posted in April, and hiring will begin in June. Spring semester applications, if there are open positions, will be posted in late December with hiring starting in January. We will no longer hold applications. If you do not receive an offer during a hiring round you will need to reapply each semester to be considered.
Important information for students who submitted applications during the Fall 25 semester.
If you submitted an application prior to 1/14/26, and would like to be considered for a position, you will need to reapply through the Workday site when applications are posted.
