Spring 2019 semester classes will begin on Sunday, January 27 and go through Friday, May 3. There will be no classes during Spring Break and Finals Week. Classes are open to students, faculty and staff. Students do not need to preregister to take classes without an asterisk (*), but please take the time to sign in at every class you attend.

Body Blast - This high-powered, total body, conditioning workout set to music works all the major muscle groups of the body using your own body weight. With some plyometrics to increase your cardiovascular fitness, this workout will build your endurance and speed your metabolism for increased fat burning. All fitness levels welcome.
Indoor Spinning -This is a high intensity cardio workout specifically choreographed to music on indoor stationary bikes. This 45 minute class provides a full body workout by combining interval training with light weights and abdominal/core work. You will build your endurance and have fun while pedaling to upbeat, motivating music. People of all fitness levels are welcome to ride, whether you are a seasoned rider or new to spinning!
Sports Yoga - Sports Yoga combines active stretching, breathing techniques and a westernized approach to learning and using Yoga poses. Each class is designed to safely increase flexibility, improve mental focus/relaxation and increase strength. With a regular practice of Sports Yoga all activities, including athletics, become easier.
Kline Spinning Studio - Enter the Kline through the lobby on Cherry Street. Go up the stairs and follow the walkway that leads to the swimming pool, rock wall, and main gym floor. Pass the check in desk, and the Spinning Studio is on the second floor on the right.
HUB Dance Studio - The HUB dance studio is located in the lower level of the HUB. Walking from the mailboxes, you will take a right directly before the microroom. Follow the hall to the end, and you will arrive at the studio.
Kline Racquet Ball Courts - Enter the Kline through the lobby on Cherry Street. Go up the stairs and follow the walkway that leads to the swimming pool, rock wall, and main gym floor. Pass the check in desk, take the stairs down to the basketball courts, right and go down the hallway pass the equipment cage and the courts will be on your right!.
