Tabling Events and Career Spotlights

Employers and students connect at the Career Spotlight

Dickinson offers unique opportunities for employers to meet and connect with Dickinson College students. While we do not offer tabling services where employers come individually to host tables in the HUB or other locations on campus, we rather carefully curate our Career Spotlights to best highlight our employer partners.

Dickinson’s Career Spotlights are boutique-style career fairs that bring together a select group of employers offering opportunities in select industries or geographic regions. Each spotlight has its own primary focus. Past events have included the Central PA Spotlight in Fall 2025 and the Social and Community Impact Spotlight in Spring 2026. At our Career Spotlights, each employer is provided tabling space to feature their organization’s work, connect with students, and recruit for future internships or employment opportunities. While the event is open to students of all class years and majors, each event specifically targets those students interested in careers within the particular focus industry. Employers who have participated in past Career Spotlights have commented on the quality conversations had with students genuinely interested, engaged, and invested in their respective field. Our goal for the Career Spotlights is to craft quality experiences for our employer partners as well, creating space for them to converse with like-minded students.
