Chapter 1 – Introduction outlines the history and purpose of the College, associations to which it belongs, and summarizes the Equal Opportunity in Employment, Non-Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation, and Sexual Harassment and Misconduct policies.
Chapter 2 – Faculty Meeting Bylaws discusses the voting membership, guidelines, and logistics that govern the Faculty Meeting, including how the Faculty Handbook can be amended.
Chapter 3 – Committees articulates the College’s structure of governance, including All-College and Faculty Committees as well as Judicial Bodies.
Chapter 4 – Faculty Status Policies defines categories of faculty and discusses processes and policies related to hiring, rights and standards of professional conduct, responsibilities, evaluations, tenure and promotion, professional development including sabbaticals, salaries, and faculty separation and disciplinary sanctions.
