2022-2023 Open Enrollment

The open enrollment period for the fiscal year 2022-2023 is now CLOSED. Benefit and retirement enrollment information was available via Self Service Banner from Monday, May 9 through Sunday, May 22.

Current insurance benefits, retirement amounts, and annual giving contributions will continue into 2022-2023 if no changes are made; however, flexible spending accounts require an active re-enrollment each year.

Employees are encouraged to review the detailed information on this site, as well as all instructions, prior to logging into Self Service Banner. Please be advised that ALL changes will be effective July 1, 2022.

  • Log into the Gateway
  • Click on the SSB icon
  • Select Employee Dashboard
  • Expand the ‘Benefits’ information section by clicking somewhere in that section
  • Select the blue ‘Open Enrollment’ button on the far right of that section

Open Enrollment Benefit Information Sessions are being offered for employees to learn more about Dickinson's full-time health benefits including the July 1 transition of our third-party administrator from Aetna to Meritain (an Aetna company). There is no change to the plan itself - deductibles and co-pays remain the same - and the network of providers is still Aetna Choice POS II.

We will be holding both in-person and viritual open enrollment sessions. Sign-up via Totara is recommended, but not required.
