Class Descriptions

Body Blast -  This high-powered, total body, conditioning workout set to music works all the major muscle groups of the body using your own body weight. With some plyometrics to increase your cardiovascular fitness, this workout will build your endurance and speed your metabolism for increased fat burning. All fitness levels welcome.

Indoor Cycling - This cardiovascular class will get your heart pumping while cycling on indoor stationary bikes using drills, imagery &/or themes. Cycling is a great workout that people of all fitness levels can enjoy.

Pilates -  This class will help students gain strength, flexibility and body awareness through a series of exercises designed to greatly improve the core, spinal flexibility and posture. Students will learn targeted exercises that will challenge the whole body, helping them to feel longer and leaner.  Through proper breathing techniques, stabilization and alignment, students can achieve better overall health.

Yoga Fusion - YogaFit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. 

Yoga for Stress - Through intentional breathing, exercise, sound current, meditation and deep relaxation, you dynamically experience the wealth of potential and resources at hand within themselves, while attaining the skills necessary to maintain the inner connection and strength. Working together these yogic components provide a psychological advantage necessary to remain calm and non-reactive under the most challenging situations. Further, it gives one the immunity to protect oneself from the pressures of society and ones environment which can lead to addictions. These classes will provide a direct experience for the excellence of the self as well as practical tools to share with others.

Zumba -Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba is a fun way to get in shape. With moves inspired by Latin dances like salsa and merengue, Zumba makes it easy to get fit and feel sexy while doing it.
