Kline Fitness Center

All those requesting to use the Kline Fitness Center are required to have a COVID-19 Vaccination Booster. Medical exemptions must be approved.

We are asking all participants who are not Dickinson students or employees to use this form to provide documentation. All information provided will be kept confidential by the director of the fitness center.
It is important to note that all sanitary measures still apply to the Kline Fitness Center and must be followed.

Masks must be worn when not actively training.
