I-9 Verification

As a reminder, the employee may present any document(s) contained in the List of Acceptable Documents

Please note:

  • The Employee must present either one document from List A that establishes both identity and employment authorization (i.e. Unexpired Passport or Passport Card)

OR

  • If the employee does not have a List A document, the employee must present one document from List B that establishes identity (i.e. Driver’s License, or Dickinson ID), AND one document from List C that establishes employment authorization (i.e. Social Security Card, Birth Certificate). This is a Federal Requirement.
