Kevin oversees the Campus Life team, including Campus Activities, First-Year Experience, and Residence Life & Housing. Campus Life works collaboratively to support Dickinson’s residential experience through campus engagement experiences from orientation to graduation.
Kevin is passionate about student leadership and has a proven track record of leading through change. We have already benefited from Kevin’s energy and experience in supporting the residential student experience. Kevin came to Dickinson from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and not only took on this new role in the spring of 2023 but also completed his dissertation focused on perceptions of social relationship networks on the career advancement of student affairs professionals, with emphasis on both perceived and real differences by race and gender to complete his Ph.D. in Administration and Leadership in Nonprofit and Public Management. Kevin lives in Carlisle with his partner and two children.

Tori Campbell (they/them) joined the Dickinson Residence Life team as an Assistant Director for Upper-class Small Houses and Apartments in August 2022. They graduated with a Master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from IUP in 2021 and a Bachelor’s in Human Communication Studies from Shippensburg in 2019. While at IUP, Tori interned with the Office of LGBTQIA+ Support and Multicultural Student Leadership and Engagement. They are very excited to continue their passion for working with students at Dickinson College.
Outside of the office, Tori can typically read a good book while cuddling up with their two cats – Jellybean and Goober – or attempting to play a board game with their family while trying to keep their cats from stealing pieces!

Laurie Henry

Laurie is a U.S. Navy veteran who has worked at Dickinson for over 15 years. Laurie is often the first person you see when you enter the office. She manages many of the day-to-day functions of the office, including key pickup and return, lock changes, appointment scheduling, work order assistance, and more. Please stop by if you have any questions about Campus Life; she will gladly help.
Laurie and her husband have two grown children and two dogs. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their granddaughter, Zoe.

Dean graduated from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, earning his Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Management. His junior and senior years were spent as a Resident Assistant for the Office of Student Affairs. After graduating from Mansfield, Dean went to Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and worked as a Residence Hall Director. There, he earned a Master of Science in Management: Operational Excellence, which focused heavily on leadership styles and team development tactics. At Dickinson, Dean works with the team of Assistant Directors to promote a safe and enriching environment for all students on campus. He is very excited to be able to continue the work and passion that drove him into higher education initially.

Ryan is a Dickinson alumnus, class of 2023, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management. During his undergrad, he was involved in a variety of extracurricular groups and activities, including being President of MOB (Dickinson's student-run events programming board), an Admissions volunteer as an Admissions Fellow and Liberty Cap Society Tour Guide, and President of the Men's Club Volleyball team. He works at his alma mater as the project coordinator for Campus Life, assisting with various projects, including new student programs, student activities, residence life and housing. He is very excited to give back to Dickinson and continue his efforts working with students! Ryan enjoys spending time with his friends, binge-watching a new TV show, or running around town in his free time.
