Why did you choose Dickinson College: I chose Dickinson because of the quality of people and education offered at this institution. There is a specific type of student that is attracted to Dickinson and I am proud to call myself a Dickinsonian. Also, it is a completely different place than where I have lived all my life, so exploration was another reason. I went on a few college visits and Dickinson felt like it was the place for me. I knew immediately that I wanted a place to study science with professors and have small classes where I could get all the help I needed to excel in my area of study where I could advance my interests in Global Health.

Interesting fact about yourself: During my service Trip to Belize, I ate termites!!! They tasted like carrots and mint.

What I want my residents to know about me: I am very passionate about languages and learning about other cultures, philosophies, and science. This is my 3rd year as an RA and I always try to make genuine connections with my residents. I want to make sure that my resident have an amazing first year adapting and making Dickinson theirs and I hope I can help with that process. When it comes to games, I am almost always up for a board-game or to play some basketball. I love Performing Arts. My favorite movies are “Nosotros los Nobles”, “Inception”, amongst others. My favorite books are “El relato de un naufrago” by Gabriel García Márquez and “Into the Wild” by John Krakauer. I am on the Pre-Med track and I’d be glad to talk about what I know about all the specifics for that path.
