Programs and Events

Throughout the year the Dickinson Career Center partnered with the Alumni Relations Office delivers programming to help alumni continue to grow professionally, make connections and mentor other Dickinsonians.

Career Conference

Come back to campus to spend the day helping today’s students find their paths outside of the limestone walls. Strengthen Dickinson’s career network by meeting students and alumni in a wide variety of fields, attending professional development sessions, and learning about new career counseling opportunities for alumni during our annual Career Conference.

Career Connections Networking Receptions

Join Dickinson students and alumni for the annual Career Connections networking reception in New York City and Washington DC. This special event is the culmination of a daylong career immersion experience for students throughout the city. The reception provides an opportunity for you to share your career and life expertise with current students while strengthening relationships with fellow Dickinsonians.

Regional Communities

Can’t always make it to Carlisle? Don’t worry, Dickinson is closer than you think. In fact, we’re probably right in your backyard. With over 35,000 people in the Dickinson community, chances are good that groups near you are getting together regularly to catch up with each other and connect with the college. There is no shortage of ways to connect. Each year, Dickinson regional communities hold regular events such as wine tastings, museum tours, trips to sporting events and lectures by faculty. Local community volunteers select regional events, and each hosts a unique set of events throughout the year. Just contact the Office of Engagement & The Dickinson Fund by e-mail at alumni@dickinson.edu or by phone at 717-245-1373 to find out more about joining or starting a community near you.
