Dining Services' Equipment Rental & Deposits
Although Catering Services does not maintain a large supply of rental equipment, occasionally certain items may be available. All orders for equipment rental must be placed with Dining Services at 245-1318, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

A rental agreement must be signed and a deposit made at least 24 hours prior to picking up any equipment. The borrower is liable for the care and condition of items rented and will be charged for any damaged or lost equipment. All items must be returned to Dining Services within 24 hours of the time they were initially received. Failure to comply will result in the loss of your deposit. If it is necessary to keep an item longer than 24 hours, arrangements should be made in advance with Dining Services Management.
These prices are in effect for equipment pick ups only. Requests for delivery or pick up of equipment will result in additional charges. A $25.00 fee will be charged to the responsible party if it is necessary for Dining Services staff to pick up rented equipment.
If we deliver food, no equipment rental will be charged. There may be a charge for linens.
