NOTE 1:  We are committed to meeting the agreed-upon deadlines in the Title IX Agreement.  Beginning March 17, 2020 all meetings have moved to virtual platform.  The President’s Working Group (PWG) meets bi-weekly; Subcommittees meet in the interim week (more often if needed). 

NOTE 2:  The Subcommittees are listed in order by due date to complete and/or report out to the community on their task.  The Task # corresponds to that item in the Title IX Agreement.

NOTE 3: These Subcommittees are populated by PWG members and resource persons.  But, the Lead of any Subcommittee may invite subject matter experts, as necessary, to provide information toward that task.

  1. Definitions and Ranges of Sanctions - Task #1.b.
