Research has shown that healthy relationships have a significant impact on our overall wellness, with the potential for healthy relationships to reduce stress, improve physical and psychological health, and increase subjective feelings of happiness. Positive, healthy relationships at work have been shown to promote employee engagement in their jobs as well as increased work satisfaction. In this presentation, you will learn some basic tips about how to improve your current relationships both in- and outside of work to improvement productivity, and your general well-being as well as to reduce stress and lower your risk of mental illness.
