Tashlich Service

September 30, 2019

Tashlich is a Jewish practice of, at a natural body of flowing water, metaphorically throwing their years sins into the water.

Casting off (the meaning of the word Tashlich) is a phsycal representation of the message of Rosh Hashanah as a holiday of renewal where Jewish students can rid their minds of the sins of the year and look forward to a better year ahead!

Any and all students are encouraged to join us as we walk from the Stern Center to LeTort Park after Lunch! This can be a practice for non-jewish students and jewish students alike and religon is not a requirment!

No RSVP is required for this event but prompt arrival is required as we will be walking to LeTort park together! Please arrive at the Stern Center no later than 12:40 p.m. if you wish to attend.
